From the moment we stepped into your showroom (prior to the lockdown), until the delivery of our table and chairs (also prior to the most recent restrictions, but under  impressively high COVID safe practice), the team have been most helpful in providing their advice, suggestions, and beyond words accommodating to help us choose a perfect dining set for our home, that we are going to be happy with. Including, going an extra mile in showing us 2 (of the same) tables and letting us choose our preference (due to the unique nature of each piece). This has been most appreciated!
As that was not enough for us to be impressed and highly recommend Canalside Interiors to anyone buying furniture, they made a special trip (again, prior to the most recent lockdown restrictions) and have done a home delivery of replacement chairs, to ensure that all chairs we have are equally "grained" and that we are happy with (thanks for understanding :) ). 
Further to this, as we also wanted to buy a buffet cabinet, but were tossing about the size and the practical fit in the space we wanted it in, even though it meant a lost sale for them, they have been most genuine in his advice not to buy the buffet, as it would not be practical and we may not be happy in a long run. Canalside, we thank you for your genuine advice, as you were right!!!

I got a few quotes from various companies but I have to say that the way Canalside approached my job was wonderful. You spent time with me helping me decide colour, sizes, configurations and finishes and I am so appreciative of that. You couldn't have been more caring or professional.
Also, I was absolutely blown away when George came over to install it with one of your staff ( I am so sorry, I didn't get his name!). They were both fabulous. They took SO much time ensuring that it was properly installed and fitted perfectly, particularly with the added problems of the power points at the rear of the unit. Also, thank you so much for that idea, it has really made things so much easier. And it was all done in record time so that I could have it for Christmas!

It does everything I wanted it to do, when I open the curtains in front of the sliding doors the mirror reflects the plants in the courtyard, bringing the outside in.

Right from the beginning, George went out of his way to promptly send a sketch plus a quote via e-mail. Once the quote was accepted and a deposit left, the cabinet was made within 4 weeks.
To say the piece was not only beautiful, but exactly what we wanted is an understatement, we just love it. It was delivered on time, and with a lot of care, especially since we just had new hardwood floors installed. George and his team were very precise and very careful with the cabinet installation, they even wore white Gloves!!
Everyone that has seen the buffett has commented on it's beauty. It is very well made with loads of space and I'm sure we will enjoy it for many many years to come.
